The Meaning in the Name

Zi — the auspicious violet of the East, our foundation color. Ge — character and discernment; we choose with taste, never follow the crowd. Yuan — returning to origin; natural materials, kept true. Zhai — a quiet studio where craft and calm live together.

Purple Essence offers natural crystals, bodhi prayer beads, handmade incense and meditation jewelry — every piece photographed as-is and knotted by hand.
